I never thought there would be a video for this, but I'm glad it happened:
Adam Levine is one of the coolest people that makes alternative music. Most of the people in that genre seem soft, but Adam Levine makes playing easy listening music seem cool. K'naan is cool too. I like him more as a pure singer though.
And with a vengeance I might add. I don't know how I feel about the mullet, but hey, different strokes for different folks. His verses have gotten better. 808's and Heartbreaks wasn't that bad of an album, it grew on me. But, it definitely was a hibernation and for this next album, I feel like Kanye is going to kill it once again. People lined up to see the Titanic sinkin'. Still, we rose from the ash like a Phoenix.
First of all, Ross' production team should win a Grammy by themselves. Every beat on this album is produced and mastered wonderfully. On his tracks named after cars, the beats are quite epic. It sounds like a movie. I don't care what his previous job used to be, Rick Ross just keeps getting better at rapping and the fact that he features just about every hot artist out there minus Wayne adds to the quality of the album. This is going on rotation for about two weeks all day. Ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-check it out.
First thing's first, my boy Chris Lewis is on the come up in the rap game with his rap duo, F.M. Anyways, C-Lew, as he calls himself, has some nice wordplay and flow. Anyways, don't worry, I don't just talk about it, I show you. Download F.M. "Run This Town" freeverse ASAP! In other news, I might have found another favorite artist, Ben Heine:
If someone doesn't find this art, you're a snob. Point blank period.
This might be the best children's cartoon out right now:
This show has everything-silly cartoon limb movement, magic, fighting, dancing, adventure, and Autotune! The transforming dog is a nice touch. This show should win an Emmy. It's on Cartoon Network Mondays at 8pm est I'm just sayin' though.
Boxing has to be one of the most rigorous workouts ever invented. I really want to take it up as a cross training method, word to Chad Ochocinco. While we're on boxing, look what I found on Uncrate.com:
The Seletti Boxitalia Punching Bag and Punching Gloves might not make you the next Floyd Mayweather, but dangit, you'll look so fresh.
Random thought: I was wondering why when someone's trying to do something, people always tell them what they can't do? A lot of people try to say it's people being haters, but in all honesty, I think it's a fear of getting far and then failing. I think if someone's trying to do something, no matter how hard or impossible, people should focus on that individual's strengths and use those strengths to overcome their weaknesses. I'm just sayin' though. Oh and this is how I feel the inside of a Mac looks like:
