Free My Bruhs

In all seriousness, though, Lil Wayne begins his 8 month jail sentence:

I hope he learns his lesson. I don't mean that in a condescending way. I just don't want him to go to jail again. Please believe though, that this jail time will produce some interesting mixtapes. But for now, it's all on hiatus.

It's Been a Long Time Comin'

So, Sade's new album, "Soldier of Love" came out today:

She's been out of the game for about two decades. Her album was her back in original form. For some reason, the title track does not really appeal to me. It's just average. Everything else, however, is well done. For people trying to hear that music for the club, sorry kids, this is not the one. Everyone's parents are going to love this album. For people like me, who are trying to act grown, it's a nice album. Listen to it on a cold cloudy day and just relax. Oh, and did anyone notice that normally taboo things in society become accepted when money is involved? Like my roommate Leon says, "It's always no homo when it's for the money." Everyone knows that the statement is painfully too true.
